Will Rogers World Airport offers nonstop air service to numerous destinations across the United States. 


For safety and as a courtesy to other ticketholders, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear at all times.

Alcohol Management

Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any alcoholic beverage. Our staff is trained in the nationally recognized T.E.A.M. (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) Training program for responsible alcohol management. Legal identification (driver’s license, state issued photo ID card, passport or military ID) is required to purchase alcohol. Alcohol sales will be limited to no more than two alcoholic beverages per customer per transaction. Management reserves the right to refuse service. Additionally, guests may not carry any alcoholic beverages into or outside of the event area. Alcohol sales are discontinued approximately forty-five (45) minutes before the event is over. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and not to drive after drinking.


Certified service animals are welcome. However, they must remain on a leash or in a harness. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. All other animals are strictly prohibited unless

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. The devices may be checked out at the Guest Relations desk just inside the main, northeast Arena entrance. You will be required to leave a driver’s license or credit card as collateral to insure the device is returned in the same condition. There is no charge for this service.


There is one ATM located next to the Box Office in the northeast lobby.


Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing facilities are located in both the men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the facility.

Backstage Passes

The Cox Convention Center does not distribute backstage passes for any event.

Bag Searches

The Cox Convention Center asks that all Arena guests arrive early and travel light. All persons and bags are subject to search. Bags that have passed inspection must fit comfortably under your seat. Oversized bags are prohibited. Coat and bag check service is not offered for Arena events.


You are more than welcome to bring a pair of binoculars with you to Cox Convention Center to enhance your overall experience.

Bottles and Containers

Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted at any time.

Box Office

You may purchase tickets or pick up Will Call tickets at the Cox Convention Center box office located in the northeast lobby near Sheridan and E.K. Gaylord. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Evening, weekend and holiday hours vary according to event schedules. For your convenience, additional ticket windows are open in the south lobby prior to most major events.



Disposable cameras, or small point and shoot cameras (with no professional/detachable zoom or telephoto lens) are permitted unless otherwise specified by the event. The Cox Convnetion Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.

Both audio and video recorders are strictly prohibited unless specified by the artist or event.

The Cox Convention Center is proud to offer Savor… Oklahoma City. Code of Conduct

  • Guests shall be respectful of others around them.
  • Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • During some concerts, guests may be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • Guests shall not interfere with the event, the performers or the athletes in any way.
  • Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests.
  • During sporting events, guests are encouraged wait for a stoppage in play before moving about the arena.
  • Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.
  • Guests shall not block the aisles.
  • Guests who consume alcoholic beverages are encouraged do so in a responsible manner.
  • Guests may report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an Usher, Officer or Guest Relations Representative.
  • Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operational and emergency procedures.

The arena staff has been trained to intervene when deemed necessary and to use their best discretion to help ensure that guests who ignore the Code of Conduct do not interfere with other guests’ ability to enjoy an event. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund and, to the extent their conduct constitutes a violation of law, may be subject to arrest. Traveling east on I-40

  • Exit at Harvey and turn right at the bottom of the off ramp.
  • Proceed three blocks to Reno and turn right.
  • Turn left at Robinson where you can enter the 900-space underground parking garage.

Traveling west on I-40

  • Exit at Robinson and turn right at the bottom of the off ramp.
  • Proceed north past Reno to the parking garage entrance.

Traveling south on I-235 (Broadway Ext.)

  • Exit at N.W. 6th and proceed west to Broadway.
  • At Broadway, turn left and proceed south in the left lane until you veer into E.K. Gaylord.
  • The parking entrance is just south of Sheridan.

Traveling north on I-235

  • Exit at Sheridan and proceed to the bottom of the ramp.
  • Follow Sheridan west through Bricktown to E.K. Gaylord and turn left to access the underground parking garage.

Traveling south on I-35

  • Exit west on I-40 and follow directions listed above.

Traveling north on I-35

  • Exit to I-235 or to westbound I-40.

Disabled Facilities & Services

The Cox Convention Center offers many services and amenities to accommodate the needs of our guests with disabilities. Upon arrival, the underground parking garage offers reserved parking spaces near all four elevators for properly lcensed or tagged vehicles. The south elevators provide access to the second floor Arena concourse where wheelchair accessible seating can be found in Sections 303-304, 308, 311-313, 315-318 and 324-325. The north elevators will take you to the street level and north Arena entrances for access to floor seating in the Arena. Elevators providing access from street level to Meeting Rooms 14-21 and the Great Hall Ballroom on the second floor are available behind the Visitor Information desk in the far northeast lobby, near Sheridan and E.K. Gaylord, where passenger drop-off is avalable.

Doors Open

Doors to the Arena turnstiles insdie the Cox Convention Center typically open 60-90 minutes prior to the event. Please check the event details page for specific times.


Elevators & Escalators

For your convenience, the two sets of elevators in the south lobby of the Cox Convention Center, near Reno Ave., connect visitors to the underground parking garage and the second floor Arena concourse for seating in Sections 300-439 or Sections 200-439 for sporting events.

Two additional sets of elevators provide access to the street level lobbies outside the north arena entrances.

Elevators providing access from street level to Meeting Rooms 14-21 and the Great Hall Ballroom on the second floor are available behind the Visitor Information desk in the far northeast lobby, near Sheridan and E.K. Gaylord, where passenger drop-off is avalable.

Escalators to the second floor Arena concourse are availble inside the turnstiles at all four Arena entrances. Additional escalators in the far north lobby connect guests to Meeting Rooms 14-21 and the Great Hall Ballroom on the second floor of the meeting room complex.

Emergency Contact Information

Calls can be placed to 405-602-8500 during all Arena events. Please be sure to leave your seat location information with your babysitter or interested party, and staff can try to relay a message in case of an emergency.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event that an emergency evacuation is necessary, guests will be advised to remain calm and WALK to the nearest stairway or exit in an orderly fashion. Guests should not use the elevators. Our trained staff will assist guests with disabilities, or those who need special assistance, to safety.

Exiting the Arena

Escalators and stairs are available for guests exiting from the the second floor Arena concourse outside the north and south ends of the seating bowl. Elevators to the underground parking garage are available from both the second floor and street level concourse on the south, and from the street level concourse on the north.


First Aid

Professionally staffed and equipped first aid facilities are available on the Arena’s second floor concourse outside Section 308. The Cox Convention Center is also equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED), located in key areas throughout the facility. In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest officer or staff member.

Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted into the Cox Convention Center. During most events, you may select from a variety of food and beverage options available for sale.

Guest Relations

The Cox Convention Center is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our Guest Relations team includes ticket takers, security staff and ushers, who are always happy to assist with directing you to your seats. Please notify a member of our staff, should you need assistance during your visit.



The distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills or printed materials is not permitted at the Cox Convention Center without written permission, nor is vending, peddling or product sampling.

Inclement Weather Policy

The Cox Convention Center rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a no-refund, no-exchange basis. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted immediately on our website. Please continue to check our website or call 405-602-8500 for the latest, up-to-the-minute information.


Lost and Found

During an Arena event, you may inquire about lost items or present found items at the Guest Relations desk inside the northeast Arena entrance. To report an item lost outside the Arena area, please visit the SMG office in the far northeast lobby. You may inquire about the possible recovery of any lost items by calling 405-602-8500 during business hours.

Lost Children

If you become separated from your child during an event, please seek the nearest Usher, Officer, or Guest Relations Representative for assistance. It is helpful if your child has his or her seat location information or ticket with them.



The parking garage located below the Cox Convention Center is managed by Republic Parking Systems and offers more than 900 parking spaces. Parking spaces are available for guests with disablities near each of the four sets of elevators.

Entrances to the undergound parking garage are available on the east side of the building on E.K. Gaylord and on the west side of the building on N. Robinson.

Additional parking is available nearby – throughout downtown and Bricktown. For further information on the parking garage at the Cox Convention Center and other Oklahoma City parking facilities, you may call 235-PARK (7275) or visit http://www.parkingokc.com/. 

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light as you may be subject to search. Metal detecting hand wands, walk-through metal detectors or other devices may be used. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, pepper spray/mace, fireworks, flags/signs with poles, chains, spiked jewelry, oversized bags, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, laser pens, hoverboards (self-balancing scooters), video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto or detachable./zoom lenses. You may bring in a disposable or 35mm camera (with no detachable/zoom or telephoto lens), however, for some events, cameras of any type and/or flash photography may be prohibited.


Recording Devices

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted inside Madison Square Garden at any time. This policy will be strictly enforced. You may bring in a disposable or 35mm camera (with no zoom or telephoto lens), however, for some events, cameras of any type and/or flash photography may be prohibited.

Refunds & Exchanges

All tickets are sold on a no refund, no exchange basis.

Republic Parking System

The underground parking garage at the Cox Convention Center is managed by Republic Parking System, which also oversees a number of other City-owned parking garages in downtown Oklahoma City. To contact the parking office, please call 405-297-2543.


The Blue Bistro is the new restaurant and bar located in the southeast lobby of Cox Convention Center, making it the ideal place to meet for dinner or drinks before events. It’s the ideal VIP lounge for Oklahoma City Blue games. Its modern design and the numerous screens allow patrons to stay on top of the action.


All restrooms inside the Cox Convention Center provide diaper changing stations and are accessible to persons with disabilities. Restrooms are located at the north end of the Arena on the first floor, as well as throughout the second floor concourse.


Seat Numbers

When facing the stage or playing surface, seat No. 1 will always be the farthest to the right in each row.


The Cox Convention Center is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. In addition to a 24-hour security staff, ASM Global employs off duty Oklahoma City police officers as part of our event security staff. Any guest in need of assistance is encouraged to seek the nearest usher, officer or staff member.

Signs and Banners

Signs and banners showing support for a team, player, or entertainer are permitted as long as they do not block the view of other guests. Signs that are derogatory in nature, contain foul language, obscene material, adveritsing or political content will not be permitted. For safety reasons, signs must be hand held and cannot be mounted on a stick or pole and they cannot block the view of other guests. Any interference with the event or other guests will result in the confiscation of the sign and/or possible ejection from the facility.


Cox Convention Center is a smoke-free environment. On December 22, 2015 the Oklahoma City Council passed ordinance No. 25,294 related to use of tobacco products in/on city owned property. Specifically, the ordinance states that smoking on all city property including parks, trails and grounds on and around city buildings is prohibited.  Additionally, the use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and other similar products is prohibited.


Terrace Suites

Located above the Oklahoma City Blue’s home court in the Cox Convention Center arena, Terrace Suites offer a luxurious, unparalleled view of the action. The semi-private, “open-air” design, features 4, 6, or 10-seat entertainment areas, with flat-screen televisions and storage for the ultimate in entertainment and networking. Terrace Suites provide you incomparable access to the sights, sounds and thrills on the court or stage.


Public telephones are located throughout the concourses during events in the Arena. For Theater events, public telephones are located in the Theater Lobby.

Temporary Disabilities

If you have a temporary disability/injury please call the Disabled Services department at 212-465-6034, and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable and enjoyable manner. When calling, please have the event, date, section, row, and seat available.

Ticketmaster Outlets

Tickets may be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets including the Cox Convention Center Box Office, as well as online or by phone at 1-800-745-3000.


Wheelchair Service

The Cox Convention Center can provide any guests with limited mobility a wheelchair escort to and from their seats in the Arena. You may request assistance from a ticket take or other member of our staff upon arrival, For further information, you may contact us in advance by emailing our Guest Relations department. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with the patron during the event, nor will they allow the guest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event due to limited availability.

Will Call

When purchasing tickets by phone or online, you may choose to pick them up at the Will Call window at the Cox Convention Center Box Office, which is located in the northeast lobby. Tickets may be picked up in advance during normal box office hours (10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday) beginning 48 hours after purchase, or on the day of the show. When picking up Will Call tickets, please be prepared to provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets as well as a valid photo ID, and your order confirmation.

Press and VIP tickets are typically available approximately 60-90 minutes prior to the event, and can also be picked up at Will Call with a valid photo ID.
